Following the success of Le Ginge event we organised in Ted Baker's Paris store in June, Ted's Marketing team asked us to produce a 'Vente Privée' event in their stand-alone stores in Paris and Marseille to promote 20% off the AW16 collection.
EVENT PRODUCTION: Briefed and managed the promotional staff on both event days, management the catering and support with logistics in the run up to the event.
STREET MARKETING: Selection and management of promotional staff who distributed flyers near the Paris store to leverage awareness of the event in the local area and maximise footfall during the event.
PR CONSULTING: Management of a media partnership with the online publication Timeout Paris to promote the event on the website, in the weekly newsletter and on social media.
CO-PROMOTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES: We leveraged a partnership with the drinks brand MIranille that donated cocktails for both stores in Paris and Marseille.
Over 2500 leaflets distributed in Paris to raise awareness of the event and significantly increased footfall in store.
The media partnership which we secured with Timeout Paris successfully leveraged brand awareness during the five-day event.
The partnership with the drinks brand Miranille was effective in attracting customers to come into the stores in Paris and Marseille and to discover the AW16 collection.
