THE BRIEF

Last month we had the pleasure of working with Ted Baker to bring to life the 'Le Ginge' pop-up restaurant in Paris as part of an EU-wide roadshow of events. The orange themed customer event was designed to leverage brand awareness in France and drive footfall into store to showcase the SS16 collection.

THE PROCESS

EVENT PRODUCTION: Management of the entire production of the pop-up restaurant including logistics, management of suppliers, styling in-store, booking and briefing the caterers and photographer.

IN-STORE ACTIVITY: Selection and management of promo staff in-store to bring to life the theatre of the pop-up restaurant. Generation of excitement in-store through the management of a competition giveaway.

STREET TEAMS: Selection and management of a street marketing team dressed in waiter’s costumes distributing flyers near the store to leverage brand awareness in the local area and to maximise footfall on the day.

THE RESULTS

Footfall of over 500 people in store during the three hour event which was a significant increase in comparison to the usual footfall during those trading hours.

Over 150 people entered the competition to win Ted's suitcase of goodies.  Up to 500 tote bags were distributed to customers which leveraged brand awareness in the Marais area surrounding the store and helped to drive footfall.

An increase in sales during the 'Le Ginge' event and the promo staff's presence on the street was successful in driving customers into store who weren't already familiar with the brand.
