In June we designed a Wine and Cheese tasting event in Paris in collaboration with the French food start-up Les Nouveaux Fromagers. The company wanted to raise brand awareness amongst the expat community of people living in France and abroad. We hand-picked a small group of native English speaking food and lifestyle bloggers who each got to sample their own themed 'cheese box' which subscribers to Les Nouveaux Fromagers service usually receive in the post every month.
We helped negotiate the venue which was a unique 'Vinotheque' which is reowned for its wine in Paris. We managed the logistics for the event and the guest list. We created a theme for the evening, called upon the expertise of a graphic designer to design the invitations and promoted the event to the blogger community in Paris. We sourced all the decorations for the event and worked closely with a florist to design bouquets to style the table.
All the bloggers enjoyed sampling the selection of fine cheese including Fleuron des Gachons, Sainte Maure de Touraine, Tommette de Savoie and Tommette le Vezou which were selected by Les Nouveaux Fromagers from their suppliers who are located all over France. The June cheese box also included a delicious chutney from Fauchon. Bloggers were invited to try some delicious wines which were paired with each of the cheeses and were selected by the sommelier at the venue.
